He had significantly greater success on the Champions Tour (now the PGA Tour Champions), with 18 victories, including one senior major, the 2001 U.S. Senior Open. He became the first player in Champions Tour history to win back-to-back events, which helped him earn Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year in 1999. He’s also won once on the European Seniors Tour, at the Irish Seniors Open in 2000.
He was the head coach for the USA Open Golf Team at the Maccabiah Games in 1989 and the Maccabiah Games in 2013.
