Ed Abbott, her father, was an ardent motorcyclist who instilled in her a passion for tattoos. Barbara Abbott, her mother, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. Throughout her chemotherapy, Barbara was an inspiration to not just her daughters, but to other women as well. She was in a terrible vehicle accident when she was 13 years old. Kole Abbott, her sister, was severely injured and placed in a coma. Her mentality was damaged by the incident, and she began smoking and drinking heavily. Her behavior lasted ten years until she became 22.
As a 22-year-old civilian contractor, she accompanied her mother (an American Army veteran) to Iraq. While staying there for four years, she found the sport of CrossFit. At the age of 22, she joined her mother as an Iraqi contractor. Soon after, she began to learn more about healthy living, and she ceased drinking and smoking in favor of exercise and nutritious food. Christmas Abbott’s Profession & Career
Christmas attempted to join the Army after graduating at the age of 18. They turned her down, and she recognized that she was in horrible shape. At the age of 22, she joined the US base in Iraq as an independent civilian laundry attendant, and it was there that she learned the value of human life and how she was squandering her own. Finally, she quit smoking and began a tight and dedicated workout regimen. When a fellow soldier showed her a video of women tackling intense tasks, she became interested in the CrossFit regimen. She immediately began achieving one milestone after another until she had annihilated every milestone in the famed CrossFit Challenge.
After four years in Iraq, she returned to the United States and established her own CrossFit coaching program in Raleigh. She also got a gun tattooed on her hip “to remind her of her time in Iraq.” In 2010, she founded her own gym, “CrossFit Evoke.” And she concentrated on building her own brand. She was also the first woman to be a member of a NASCAR pit crew in 2013. In 2014, she established a Christmas Abbott CrossFit-focused workshop. In 2017, she competed in Big Brother 19 and finished third.
In the second episode of the season, she injured her foot, resulting in 10 shattered bones, four dislocated bones, and a ligament that needed to be repaired. Later, she needed a donor bone in one area, and surgeons warned her she wouldn’t be able to restore complete mobility, thereby terminating her competitive CrossFit career. Her muscular and attractive physique has landed her on the covers of Sports Illustrated and Harper Collins. In fact, her appearance drew so much attention that she felt it was time to write down all of her fitness advice, which is when she produced “The Badass Body Diet.”
More

She has also appeared in television shows and films such as Overtown, The Operator: Warfare, and Tattoo Titans. Given that this is primarily a male-dominated profession, this is quite an accomplishment. She is also the Oxygen Magazine Trainer Challenge Head Trainer, as well as an online fitness coach.
Her personal best lifts include a deadlift of 225 pounds (116 kilograms), a clean and jerk of 170 pounds (77 kilograms), a back squat of 225 pounds (102 kilograms), a snatch of 140 pounds (64 kilograms), and 35 pull-ups.
