Garrix’s career began at the age of fourteen when he was discovered by Tisto. His first tunes, BFAM and ‘Just Some Loops,’ were collaborations with Julian Jordan and TV Noise, respectively. His debut release on ‘Spinnin’ Records,’ ‘Error 404,’ with Jay Hardway, came in 2012.

In 2013, he released Torrent with Sidney Samson on Tisto’s own label, Musical Freedom. The same year, he recorded his first hit single, ‘Animals,’ which was also his first solo effort.
