Shannon Marie Specht, better known as Shannon Spake, was born on July 23, 1976, in Sunrise, Florida, USA. She is 46 years old and a citizen of the United States. She has also served as a sideline reporter for ESPN2’s Saturday college football games, Super Tuesday SEC college basketball telecasts, Saturday Primetime College Basketball, and select college football bowl games.

Furthermore, she signed a multi-year contract with ESPN in 2013 but departed in 2014 after the company’s communication rights were acquired by NBC Sports. Until 2014, she also served as a pit reporter for NASCAR, contributing to both NASCAR Countdown and NASCAR Now. In addition, on February 13, 2017, she was named as the new co-host of NASCAR Race Hub alongside Adam Alexander. She hosts NASCAR RaceDay on Saturdays and Sundays. In 2017, she provided the voice of Shannon Spokes in the Pixar film Cars 3.
